The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. In addition to driving guest reliability and inventory efficiency results at a department level, you will also have division level responsibilities including, but not limited to, training and onboarding for your division, creating and leading implementation of division level strategies, partnering across to drive and execute company level processes in your division, and championing change across your division. You'll lead profit & efficiency initiatives for your division that require understanding of the drivers of operational expenses and influence stakeholders and merchandising processes & priorities to bring these to life.
