Position Overview:
As a Demand Planning Analyst, you will play a central role in developing and aligning the demand plan for the Polaris Off-Road Vehicle (ORV) product line. Communicate global ship demand plans to scheduling and manufacturing teams to support production requirements. Present industry, retail, and ship forecasts—along with risks and opportunities—to ORV leadership. Lead the cross-functional Portfolio Review to align on product, price, mix, and volume strategies. Recommend and implement continuous improvements to ORV demand planning processes to enhance clarity, efficiency, and data quality. Apply sound judgment and influencing skills to support ORV management decision-making. Collaborate with teammates to optimize demand plans and forecast accuracy. Provide ongoing data and analysis to partners, including retail, order, and ship forecasts; dealer inventory; and days stock on hand (DSO).
