How you'll make an impact: In this role you will be a key contributor within our procurement and supply chain organization, balancing hands-on transactional execution with analytics-driven planning and strategic support. This role is intentionally designed to be multifunctional . You'll support day-to-day procurement activities, help fill critical gaps in forecasting, material planning, and data analysis , and partner closely with plants and cross-functional teams. As the organization grows, this position offers opportunities to further specialize in advanced analytics, material planning, or strategic sourcing . This is a role for someone who is comfortable shifting between placing purchase orders, building forecast models, supporting plants, and analyzing large data sets—someone with a true "can‑do" mindset. What you'll do: Support and execute end‑to‑end procurement activities , including purchase order creation, supplier communication, issue resolution, and follow‑through across the full PO lifecycle (including invoice and AP discrepancy resolution) Lead and support RFP and RFQ processes , including requirements definition, supplier outreach, bid analysis, and recommendation development, in partnership with procurement leadership Provide material planning and plant‑specific support , serving as a planning resource or backup for assigned facilities as needed Develop and maintain forecasting, spend, and price models to support sourcing decisions, budgeting, and supply planning, using advanced Excel and Power BI capabilities Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, risks, cost optimization opportunities, and performance gaps across suppliers and materials Support strategic sourcing and category initiatives while remaining actively engaged in day‑to‑day execution as the business scales Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, finance, quality, engineering, and plant teams to align procurement and planning activities with business needs Maintain accurate procurement data, documentation, and reporting , ensuring data integrity and usability Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement, planning, and analytics tools, processes, and governance What it takes to succeed: Basic Qualifications 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or planning roles within a manufacturing or industrial environment Demonstrated experience supporting RFPs, supplier sourcing, and transactional procurement activities Strong analytical capability, including experience working with forecasting models, cost models, and large data sets Advanced Excel proficiency (e.g., complex formulas, Power Pivot, modeling); experience with Power BI strongly preferred Solid understanding of procurement processes, supplier negotiations, and purchasing workflows Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively in an onsite, cross‑functional, plant‑connected environment Ability to travel up to 10% (US domestic only) for meetings, supplier meetings or to other sites as needed.
