Supply Chain Analyst Apex Tool Group United States, North Carolina, Apex 1000 Lufkin Road (Show on map) Sep 03, 2026 The Blueprint (Role Profile) Apex Tool Group's North America Distribution Operations has an opening for a Supply Chain Analyst in Apex, NC distribution center. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Distribution, this position is responsible for analyzing and responding to customer issues related to product order and shipment logistics. They will improve processes, build customer relationships, and establish and drive key performance metrics. Come build your future with us! The Build (Responsibilities) Perform analytical tasks related to ATG Operations.

Establish ATG supply chain performance metrics and trends based on customer feedback.

Respond to customer fines and penalties.

Establish key SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).

Build and/or maintain scorecards for key customers.

Build relationships with key customers.

Lead cross-functional team to resolve key issues.

Identify and execute continuous improvement projects. The Toolbox (Qualifications) High school diploma or college degree, preferred.

3 years of relevant experience, including at least 6 months of analytical working experience on supply chain and operations.

Excellent data analysis skills.

Highly proficient in computer programs including MS Excel and PowerPoint.

6 months of working experience using SAP.

Proven written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
