East Hanover, New Jersey Job Overview We are seeking an experienced o9 / IBP Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Supply Chain Planning, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and S&OP processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring and supporting o9 Solutions, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective planning solutions. This role will focus on optimizing planning processes, supporting user adoption, troubleshooting functional issues, and driving business value through o9 implementations. Key Responsibilities Supply Planning & IBP Process Support Define, configure, and optimize Supply Planning and Integrated Business Planning (IBP/S&OP) workflows within o9 Solutions. Support the complete planning cycle, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP. Optimize planning processes to improve supply-demand balancing and business outcomes. Functional Configuration & Troubleshooting Configure o9 planning modules, parameters, workflows, and business rules based on business requirements. Troubleshoot functional issues and validate planning logic and outputs. Maintain and enhance planning models, including constraint management and scenario modeling. Identify opportunities to improve planning algorithms and processes. Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Analysis Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand planning requirements, workflows, and constraints. Conduct discovery sessions and document business requirements for planning scenarios and optimization strategies. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and o9 configurations. Provide user training and change management support to drive adoption. Planning Output Validation & Governance Monitor and validate planning outputs, forecasts, and recommendations for accuracy and business logic. Perform root-cause analysis on planning anomalies and implement corrective actions. Support planning governance, KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Testing & Deployment Support Lead functional testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and regression testing. Support production deployments, cutover activities, and post-production validation. Provide functional support during implementation and production phases. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Integrated Business Planning (IBP/S&OP). Hands-on experience with o9 Solutions / o9 Digital Brain, including module configuration and planning process setup. Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts, including demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, capacity planning, supply-demand balancing, and

S&OP/IBP

processes. Strong knowledge of o9 data models, planning workflows, constraint management, and business rule configuration. Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. Understanding of data flows between ERP systems and o9 Solutions. Experience gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations. Experience with SIT/UAT, functional testing, deployment, and production support. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications o9 Solutions certification or advanced o9 training. Experience implementing o9 Solutions in large enterprise environments. Familiarity with advanced planning optimization techniques and statistical forecasting methods. Project management experience or

PMP/PRINCE2
