Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic company as an Inventory Associate and become a vital part of our domestic logistics and inventory management team! In this energetic role in the apparel industry, you will be engaging in daily tasks required for ERP system maintenance, helping to process orders and assisting in ensuring accurate inventory levels in coordination with a 3PL warehouse. Experience in data analytics, especially with regards to Excel is crucial. Experience with various ERP systems is highly valued. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to develop your skills in data analysis, logistics and inventory control while contributing to the seamless flow of swimwear apparel from overseas to big box retailers domestically. Duties An advanced knowledge of Excel to analyze raw data in order to produce reports on sales and assist in forecasting. Helping to conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using Excel and ERP software in collaboration with a 3PL warehouse. Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including order fulfillment and shipping logistics to ensure timely delivery. Use Excel raw data reports to assist in pricing analysis, inventory control and reporting. Help in processing EDI order and invoices. Experience Advanced experience with Excel and analyzing raw data. Experience working with high volume databases and spreadsheets. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large amounts of data to identify and correct discrepancies. Excellent cross-functional communication skills to collaborate effectively and efficiently to all team members. Experience with ERP programs and an ability to adapt to new systems. Knowledge of supply chain analytics, shipping & receiving procedures (including EDI) and domestic logistics is a plus. Pay:
