We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to support inventory accuracy, purchasing coordination, and material availability across warehouse and production operations. This role is responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, reconciling inventory discrepancies, and helping ensure materials are available on time to meet operational demands. The ideal candidate will bring strong inventory management experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory recordsReconcile inventory variances and investigate discrepanciesMonitor stock levels to support warehouse and production needsReview purchase requests and assist with purchase order processingTrack order fulfillment and follow up on open ordersSupport purchasing forecasts based on inventory usage and operational demandResolve issues related to delivery delays, quality concerns, and invoice discrepanciesCoordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely material availabilityAssist with process improvements related to inventory control and purchasing activitiesTrain or support team members in inventory and purchasing procedures, if applicable
