Job Description
Turn Data Into Decisions. Own the Supply Chain. Help Us Grow. We're a growing Lancaster, PA manufacturing operation looking for a Strategic Sourcing & Supply Chain Analyst who wants to do more than push purchase orders and update spreadsheets. In this role, you'll be at the intersection of procurement, suppliers, inventory, production, and business growth . You'll analyze what we need, understand what we have, challenge suppliers when commitments aren't met, and turn data into decisions that keep our operation moving. You'll have meaningful ownership of: Vendor performance — track delivery, quality, lead times, and commitments while holding suppliers accountable. Demand & inventory — analyze sales demand, inventory, and consumption to identify supply exposure before it becomes a production problem. Supply recovery — coordinate expediting and recovery efforts when materials are constrained or deliveries slip. Cost & capacity — identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve purchasing leverage, and align supplier capacity with our growth. Systems & analytics — work extensively with Sage 100, Excel, and internal reporting tools to turn large amounts of data into actionable recommendations. This is a hands-on, vendor-facing role for someone who enjoys asking, "What does the data tell us, and what should we do about it?" We're looking for someone with 3-5+ years of procurement, supply chain, materials planning, or analytical experience , strong Excel skills, ERP experience, and the confidence to communicate directly with suppliers and drive accountability. Manufacturing experience is a plus. Experience with Sage 100, Power BI/Power Query, BOMs, production scheduling, or commodity-driven purchasing is even better. But what matters most is this: You're analytical, detail-oriented, commercially minded, and you like solving problems before they become emergencies. This is an on-site, full-time opportunity in Lancaster, PA , reporting directly to our VP of Strategic Sourcing & Administration. If you're looking for a role where your analysis actually changes what the business does—and where you can grow with a high-growth manufacturing operation—we'd like to hear from you.
