is an established, rapidly growing, veteran-owned small business providing Global Logistics and Supply Chain management, systems and analysis. We are seeking a Strategic Process SME / Program Manager who will thrive in a challenging, rewarding, process-oriented environment. You will be part of a team supporting the Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC), Installations and Logistics (I&L), Logistics Current and Future Operations Branch (LPOV) Logistics Current and Future Operations Branch (LPOV) implementation of a coordinated set of initiatives in support of current and future logistics requirements enabling ongoing Marine Corps Expeditionary Logistics (EXLOG) initiatives to support future naval logistics operations and USMC operations ashore and afloat. The Strategic Process SME provides high level action officer support to SES and General Officer Leadership within LP and I&L and will interact directly with senior leadership to develop products in direct support of their efforts and initiatives.Location:
Primarily on-site, Pentagon, Arlington, VA. Periodic remote work based on space availability.Salary:
A salary range of $165,000 - $195,000 is available for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, education, certifications, technical qualifications, security clearance, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.Benefits Include:

Support periodic meetings at the Pentagon and other locations in the National Capital Region (NCR). The PM will work directly with the COR in identifying priorities and solutions in close coordination with LPOV leadership. The PM will allocate personnel and resources to best meet all the tasks and deliverables specified in the PWS and in support of logistics related initiatives. Assist the I&L and LP Front Offices, and LPOV Leadership with program support, process improvement initiatives, communications planning, organizational leadership support, and other administrative tasks as required using MS Teams, I&L Point, and/or ETMS2. Support for this task will require assessment of Unclassified, CUI, Secret, and TS/SCI logistics strategies, plans, and vision/guidance documents. Develop plans, schedules, and educational materials to promote understanding of logistics efforts. Materials will be staffed via MS Teams and ETMS2 and the contractor will consolidate input and recommendations from stakeholders to support government decisions. Provide support for continuous process improvement initiatives. Provide high-level action-officer support to senior executive service and general officer level leadership strategic communication.Security Clearance:

Bachelor of Science or Arts degree 10+ years of experience in Marine Corps concepts at the HQMC level 8 years of related experience supporting USMC Headquarters Departments and coordination with the FMF. Proven ability to communicate and interact with senior leaders (3-star level). Proven ability to translate and develop strategic guidance and organizational priorities into executive-level presentations. Experience reviewing, assessing, researching, and drafting input for speeches and briefs in support of senior executive service and general officer level strategic communication. Experience supporting and integrating input for congressional testimony and responses. Experience with USMC Force Design efforts and development in support of organizational leadership goals and objectives integrating overall USMC logistics equities for emerging logistics requirements. Experience with Geographic Combatant Command and Service Component-level operations, to include planning, prioritization, force management, or resourcing. Demonstrated experience in developing concepts of employment, concepts of operation, resourcing plans/strategies, and associated PPBEA actions.Preferred Additional Skills:
Experience in the DoW PPBE process. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.
