Job Description

The MPM Engineer is responsible for managing manufacturing process activities within the NPI framework, ensuring customer satisfaction, timely issue resolution, and effective coordination with cross-functional teams. This role focuses on communication, problem tracking, and process alignment to meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact with the customer to ensure satisfaction and proper service. Initiate problem-tracking activities, including organizing kick-off meetings with involved team members. Coordinate with HQ Project Management team for weekly project review meetings. Lead issue follow-up and ensure timely resolution across departments. Collect and validate process-related information before presenting it to customers. Support the creation and monitoring of departmental KPIs. Collaborate with PMC, Fulfillment, Buyer, and QA teams to manage material risks, deviations, and process compliance. Ensure proper documentation and evidence for any process changes or deviations. Facilitate communication between NPI and operational teams to maintain alignment on priorities and actions.
Cross-Functional Interaction PMC Team:
Validate material risks, authorize maintenance on production orders, and ensure BOM accuracy.
Fulfillment Team:
Communicate urgent material requirements and manage risks related to line stoppage.
Buyer Team:
Monitor material arrival dates, purchase alternatives when needed, and negotiate material sharing across sites.
QA Team:
Audit deviation tickets, verify SOP updates, and approve/reject new processes based on compliance and evidence.
Core Competencies Customer Communication:
Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Problem-Solving Leadership:
Organize and lead issue resolution meetings and follow-up actions.
Process Management:
Understand manufacturing processes, deviations, and compliance requirements.
Collaboration:
Work effectively with cross-functional teams (PMC, QA, Fulfillment, Buyers).
Data Validation:
Ensure accuracy of information presented to customers and internal stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, or related field). 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing process management or NPI environment. Strong knowledge of production processes, material flow, and quality standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Project, and data analysis tools. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
