Shearer Supply:
Residential, Parts & Supply, and Commercial. Purchasing and maintaining partnerships with multiple Shearer Supply vendors Expediting and maintaining sufficient stock across a large distribution network Negotiating pricing and payment terms with vendors Keeping balanced inventory while staying within a given budget across 15 warehouses company-wide Creating KPI's and custom reports to measure performance and present to management and ownership; to include but not limited to: Gross profit optimization Price contract negotiation Inventory analysis Forecasting Vendor scorecards
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods while performing desk-related tasks. Proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and phones Ability to see and read computer screens and printed documents clearly Ability to communicate effectively in person and via phone Ability to lift and carry items up to 20 lbs Ability to maintain focus and productivity during long periods of work.
