Job Description

The PMC-OM Associate is responsible for supporting production planning, material control, and shipping control functions within U.S. manufacturing. This role ensures timely tracking of production schedules, coordination of inventory control activities, and execution of finished goods shipments to the Mexico site, as well as raw material transfers for repair purposes. The position requires close coordination with PMC, Purchasing, Quality, Customs, and Logistics teams across U.S. and Mexico operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Order Management Coordinate daily production schedule execution across plant departments. Track released manufacturing orders throughout WIP, from assembly through store-in. Follow up on production line start-ups with PD, IT, WH, and QA to ensure continuous operation. Send line status updates during assigned shifts. Coordinate meetings and drive action plans with PD, TE, and QA to meet critical shipment priorities. Support maintenance of manufacturing order changes in SAP. Coordinate rework meetings related to material changes. Manage daily reports for production planning, material control, and order management functions. Material Control & Inventory Management Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely material delivery to replenishment areas. Support cycle count audits to ensure inventory accuracy. Manage escalations and follow-ups related to scrap, excess, defective, or RTV materials. Provide timely escalation of inventory discrepancies and follow up on corrective action plans. Shipping & Logistics Coordination Create STOs and delivery notes (DNs) for finished goods and raw material shipments. Coordinate with shipping teams to ensure shipment activities are completed on time. Work with IT teams to resolve shipment-related system issues. Maintain strong communication and coordination with PMC, MC, and OM teams at the Mexico site. Cross-Functional & Administrative Support Help enforce safety and quality standards. Provide administrative support to supervisors and managers. Assist with training of new hires. Minimum Qualifications High proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong coordination skills and ability to train others. Preferred Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Experience generating reports (daily, weekly, inventory, shipment tracking). Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English preferred.
Education / Experience
Bachelor's degree required. Work Environment May require working flexible shifts. Flexibility to visit the Juárez, Mexico site as needed. Physical Demands Standing and walking for extended periods (up to 4-6 hours per shift). Frequent movement between workstations, inventory locations, and shipping/receiving areas. Frequent use of hands for typing, data entry, and handling documents. •
