Job Description The Manger, Mineral Management and Real Estate Operations is responsible for the direction of the Mineral Management and Real estate Operations Departments strategic initiatives, operational policies, and objectives. This position is responsible for ensuring the timely, effective, efficient delivery of Mineral Management and Real Estate operational functions, support, project execution and leadership to enable the lines of business to meet corporate strategic objectives. The department supports the comprehensive mineral asset management and real estate services group which, provides services to trust and agency customers, universities, foundations, and other banks, and trust companies throughout the United States. Education & Experience Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Financial Accounting Degree with 9+ years management wealth operations experience with at least 6 years of experience in a management capacity or equivalent experience of 14+ years in wealth management operations. Preference is Master's Degree.- Advanced Knowledge of mineral management accounting practices and procedures
- Advanced Knowledge of Petroleum and Land Management functions
- Thorough knowledge of Trust administration regulations and practices
- Extensive knowledge of Mineral Management and Real Estate Operations accounting systems
- Extensive knowledge of Oil and Gas law
- Advanced management and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication skills
