Full Job Description About:

We're a growing aggregate crushing company with multiple locations across Central Texas and the San Antonio area. We produce and sell aggregate materials. We're looking for an experienced Crushing Plant Supervisor to lead our daily operations. You'll be the hands-on leader onsite — driving production, safety, and quality. Responsibilities Lead daily crushing plant operations to meet production, safety, and quality targets Manage daily crews onsite Coordinate preventative maintenance to minimize downtime Supervise, train, and mentor plant personnel Ensure a safe work enviornment Qualifications 5+ years in aggregate, mining, or heavy industrial plant operations, with supervisory experience Strong mechanical/troubleshooting background with crushing equipment Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills

Pay:

Competitive, based on experience

Pay:

$125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
