Job Description

Run the partner developer program portfolio for our strategic creators: manage scope, milestones, and success metrics for the technical programs that serve our largest creator partners. Assess partner capabilities and enablement needs, and coordinate onboarding, publishing, content review, and monetization workflows that reduce friction and accelerate time-to-value. Represent the
Voice of Partner:
collect, assess, and channel creator and developer feedback into a structured signal that shapes the Creator Success roadmap with product and engineering teams. Contribute to the developer-relations operating model and quality bar: help set program standards, tooling requirements, and the guardrails that keep quality, safety, and player trust non-negotiable. Monitor portfolio health (quality, adoption, revenue, engagement) and contribute plans that grow partner success and Marketplace outcomes. Coordinate cross-team resolution of the blockers that put strategic launches at risk, escalating technical, security, and business issues as they arise. Maintain clear program documentation, plans, and status reporting across the portfolio, and support competitive and retention strategy against adjacent platforms (Roblox, Fortnite/UEFN, Unity, Fab). Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 5+ years experience in relevant technical domain (e.g., cloud services, security), technical sales, marketing, product management, customer support, or cross-group/cross-functional engineering Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 8+ years experience in relevant technical domain (e.g., cloud services, security), technical sales, marketing, product management, customer support, or cross-group/cross-functional engineering OR equivalent experience. Experience with gaming, creator/marketplace ecosystems, or UGC platforms, and familiarity with Minecraft Marketplace, creator publishing, or content review/monetization processes. Working knowledge of adjacent creator platforms (Roblox, UEFN/Fortnite, Unity, Fab) sufficient to support retention and competitive strategy. Experience supporting external partners across multiple regions (US and Europe).
