The YMCA of Greater Louisville is seeking an experienced, community-focused leader to serve as Executive Director of a full-service YMCA branch with a 4 million plus in annual operations with fundraising efforts exceeding $230,000. The Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the branch, including financial management, membership and program growth, staff development, fundraising, community partnerships, facility operations, and safety. This position leads a multidisciplinary team and works closely with volunteers, donors, community partners, and the Branch Advisory Board to advance the YMCA's mission.

Qualifications:

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, nonprofit management, recreation, public administration, human services, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. At least five years of progressively responsible leadership experience. Experience managing a significant operating budget and leading managers or multidisciplinary teams. Demonstrated success in financial management, staff development, program or membership growth, and community engagement. Strong communication, decision-making, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and community events. Preferred Qualifications YMCA or nonprofit leadership experience. Experience managing an operation with annual revenue of $4 million or more. Experience overseeing aquatic programs. Experience with fundraising, donor development, grants, or sponsorships. Experience working with a volunteer board.
