Responsibilities Lead nonprofit operations and organizational management Guide strategic planning and mission advancement Oversee program development and evaluation Manage staff, volunteers, and daily operations Strengthen financial sustainability and budget management Lead fundraising efforts, including donor stewardship and grant writing Build community partnerships and increase outreach across Western Massachusetts Ensure compliance with nonprofit governance and reporting requirements Qualifications Experience in nonprofit leadership or Executive Director roles Strong fundraising, development, and financial management skills Experience with staff supervision and program oversight Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills Commitment to grief support, youth services, and family services If you are a compassionate, energetic leader who wants to make a lasting impact, we encourage you to apply.
