Salary:

Key Responsibilities & Functions As Executive Director, you will lead Wings of God with vision, faith, and relational wisdom, ensuring the spiritual, operational, and strategic success of the ministry: Oversee the

Ministry Pulse:

Monitor the well-being of staff, volunteers, and Pearls to maintain a loving, peaceful, and Christ-centered environment. Provide guidance and opportunities for growth.

Spiritual Leadership:

Lead prayer, counsel, and discernment for staff, Pearls, and visitors. Address conflicts prayerfully and guide situations toward resolution and healing.

Team & Staff Oversight:

Supervise House Manager, Assistant House Manager, Weekend Managers, and Marketing Assistant. Equip staff to embrace their God-given gifts and lead effectively.

Operational Oversight:

Ensure homes are safe, clean, and well-maintained. Oversee daily operations, storage, and logistics.

Vision Casting & Ministry Growth:

Lead long-term planning, explore new opportunities (e.g., Men's Home), and continually seek ways to expand ministry impact.

Fundraising & Donor Relations:

Serve as the primary advocate for financial support. Network, cultivate donor relationships, coordinate giving campaigns, and ensure excellent stewardship.

Program & Event Leadership:

Oversee ministry programming and special events, collaborating with staff to ensure alignment with Wings of God's mission and vision.

Board & Community Engagement:

Maintain open communication with the Board of Directors, provide reports, and represent the ministry with integrity, faith, and professionalism.

Financial Oversight:

Work closely with the Finance Manager, review budgets, monitor financial statements, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Direct Participant Engagement:

Occasionally meet with potential and current Pearls, attend graduations, birthdays, and ministry milestones, and maintain relational investment in all program participants.

Hands-On Ministry:

Step in where needed—from office support to yard work—modeling servant leadership while ensuring ministry goals are achieved.

Three Core Priorities:

1) Provide safe homes, 2) Guide Pearls to spiritual transformation through daily engagement with God's Word, 3) Ensure Pearls are loved deeply and unconditionally.
