Job Overview We are looking for part-time budtenders who are passionate about the cannabis industry, care about consumers, and take pride in their work. Duties Greet customers warmly and assess their needs to recommend suitable products Educate customers on product effects, usage, and safety through engaging product demos and clear communication Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for retail sales transactions, including cash handling and cash drawer management Upsell products by highlighting features and benefits to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume Maintain accurate stock levels through stocking, merchandising, and inventory management Ensure compliance with all regulations regarding age verification, product labeling, and store policies Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone or in person with excellent phone etiquette Assist with visual merchandising to create appealing displays that attract customers' attention Support team members with supervising experience when needed to ensure smooth store operations Qualifications Previous retail sales experience, preferably in retail stores, with a focus on customer service excellence Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate transactions Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse communities Experience in upselling, merchandising, stock management, and cashiering processes Knowledge of cannabis products or willingness to learn through training sessions and product demos Demonstrated ability to handle cash handling responsibilities responsibly and accurately Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to create positive interactions Basic math skills for balancing cash drawers and performing retail calculations efficiently Retail store experience is beneficial for understanding merchandising standards and customer expectations Join us as a Budtender to be part of an innovative industry dedicated to quality, education, and community connection.
