Literacy Volunteers of Morris County (LVMC), a nonprofit organization located in Morristown, New Jersey, provides free, individualized confidential tutoring to adult Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) and those seeking to improve their ability to read and write or obtain their high school equivalency diploma. We are seeking a PT (25-30 hours per week) Executive Director to lead our program. The ideal Executive Director will be an energetic, visionary leader with the creativity and strategic acumen to guide the organization forward. They should be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and a collaborative leadership style. They will be responsible for fund development, office administration, finances, board governance and support, program management, publicity, and community outreach. Position requires a Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience as an ED for a non profit, or 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a non profit organization.
