Responsibilities Include:

Leading the overall operations of multiple newspaper publications. Developing and executing strategies to grow print and digital advertising revenue. Recruiting mentoring and motivating sales, editorial, and administrative staff. Preparing and managing budgets while achieving financial goals. Strengthening relationships with local businesses, community leaders, and readers. Driving audience growth. Ensuring operational excellence and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

Management experience in media preferred. Strong leadership, sales, and financial management skills. Proven success in advertising sales and business development. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to inspire teams and achieve measurable results.
