•Key Responsibilities Lead complex, cross-functional process improvement initiatives from discovery and root-cause analysis through implementation and performance measurement. Evaluate operational workflows, internal controls, and business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Apply Lean, Six Sigma, process mapping, audit, and continuous improvement methodologies to improve consistency, scalability, and performance. Develop standardized workflows, SOPs, process maps, controls, and supporting documentation. Manage strategic projects, establish timelines and deliverables, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and ensure initiatives remain on track. Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, prioritize opportunities, and evaluate project outcomes. Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools that provide leadership with actionable performance insights. Partner with internal teams and external vendors on system implementations, workflow automation, technology upgrades, and user acceptance testing. Support organizational change by building stakeholder alignment, removing barriers, and driving adoption of new processes. Present findings, project updates, and recommendations clearly to executive leadership and stakeholders throughout the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial or Systems Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field. Five or more years of progressive experience in process improvement, operational excellence, business process optimization, audit, or continuous improvement. Demonstrated success independently leading complex, cross-functional projects. Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, process mapping, workflow analysis, and performance measurement. Experience evaluating internal controls, organizational risk, or audit findings and translating them into sustainable operational improvements. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities. Experience analyzing data and developing KPIs, dashboards, or executive reporting. Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to influence change and deliver results without direct supervisory authority. Proficiency with Excel, business systems, reporting platforms, and data-analysis tools. Ability to travel as needed. Preferred Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification; Black Belt certification is a plus. Experience within healthcare, managed care, population health, or another regulated industry. Understanding of Agile project management principles. Experience working within or supporting a Center of Excellence. Experience with systems implementation, workflow automation, or technology optimization.
