Anisa Henry is partnered with a respected investment management firm seeking an Investment Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day operations of its investment funds. This role is responsible for overseeing global trade settlement activities, performing reconciliations, and supporting reporting and regulatory requirements. This position reports to the Head of Trading & Operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with global trade settlement activities for fund transactions, including cash and securities settlement, by coordinating with custodians, brokers, and fund administrators.

Monitor and report fund cash balances and cash flows, including transfer agency and settlement-related activity.

Support the execution and monitoring of foreign exchange transactions to meet settlement and liquidity needs.

Maintain communication with custodians and fund service providers to ensure accurate trade processing and timely settlement.

Perform daily reconciliations of cash, positions, and transactions, and investigate and resolve discrepancies.

Monitor, process, and reconcile corporate action events.

Prepare and review transaction cost analysis (TCA) reports for securities and foreign exchange transactions.

Assist with the preparation of client, compliance, and regulatory reporting.

Support adherence to regulatory requirements and reporting obligations.

Participate in additional operational projects and responsibilities as needed.
