Job Description

Job Description The PLC Process Administrator will support the execution, governance, and continuous improvement of Product Lifecycle Control (PLC) processes for large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure programs. This individual will partner closely with engineering, technical program management, construction, operations, supply chain, and deployment teams to ensure new product introductions (NPI) and product development insertions (PDI) successfully progress through established lifecycle milestones and phase gates. Responsibilities include coordinating readiness reviews, validating entry and exit criteria, tracking key deliverables and dependencies, maintaining process documentation, identifying risks and gaps, and driving stakeholder alignment across multiple workstreams. This role requires someone who is highly organized, process-oriented, and capable of bringing structure to complex programs while ensuring consistent execution and governance across fast-paced technical environments.   •  3+ years of experience in process management, program operations, project coordination, PMO, product lifecycle management, or related functions.
  •  Experience supporting structured phase-gate, stage-gate, or lifecycle management processes.
  •  Experience coordinating cross-functional programs involving engineering, operations, construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, or technology organizations.
  •  Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and risks simultaneously.
  •  Experience facilitating meetings, documenting action items, and driving follow-up across stakeholders.
  •  Ability to identify process gaps, execution risks, and blockers and drive resolution.
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  •  Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  •  Experience using project management, workflow, reporting, and collaboration tools.
  •  Ability to quickly come up to speed, learn new processes, and drive execution with minimal oversight.
  •  Experience supporting Google or Google Data Center (GDC) programs.
  •  Familiarity with Google Product Lifecycle Control (PLC) processes and governance methodologies.
  •  Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), Product Development Insertion (PDI), technology insertion, or hardware deployment programs.
  •  Experience managing phase-gate reviews, readiness assessments, and entry/exit criteria for complex programs.
  •  Exposure to financial funding processes, capital planning, investment approvals, budgeting, or business case development.
  •  Experience within data center, mission-critical infrastructure, construction, manufacturing, or hardware development environments.
  •  Experience partnering with Technical Program Managers, Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction, Operations, and Deployment teams.
  •  Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence frameworks.
  •  Experience building dashboards, governance reporting, KPI tracking, and executive-level program communications.
  •  Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM), change management, engineering change processes, or deployment readiness activities.
