This role will work closely with Engineering, R D, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, suppliers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure materials are available when needed and projects remain on schedule. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager and problem solver who can manage multiple priorities, identify potential supply chain risks, and drive projects through successful manufacturing release. This is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts in a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment. NVIDIA Key Responsibilities:
Prototype & PCB Order Management Manage prototype build requests and PCB orders from initial request through completion. Enter and maintain purchase and order information in SAP, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and shipment tracking to ensure timely fulfillment. Maintain accurate records of shipments, documentation, and related materials. Identify and resolve order discrepancies, delays, and fulfillment issues. Maintain a high level of data accuracy and attention to detail throughout the order management process. Materials Planning & NPI Support end-to-end materials planning for New Product Introductions (NPI) from initial concept through production launch. Develop and maintain material readiness plans aligned with program milestones and production requirements. Ensure required materials and components are available to support prototype builds, validation, and manufacturing schedules. Proactively identify material shortages, extended lead times, supplier constraints, and other potential supply chain risks. Develop and implement mitigation plans to minimize schedule impact and maintain program objectives. Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to resolve material and production challenges. Project & Process Management Lead and coordinate cross-functional activities to improve order fulfillment, materials planning, and operational efficiency. Establish, monitor, and communicate key project and materials-readiness metrics. Utilize digital dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time visibility into material readiness and supply-versus-demand performance. Track project milestones, identify risks, and drive timely resolution of issues. Prepare and regularly present project status updates, risks, action items, and progress reports to leadership. Develop and maintain standard processes, documentation, and best practices to improve operational consistency. Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure clear ownership and follow-through on action items. Lead projects through successful transition from development and prototype stages into manufacturing. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or R D environment. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Industrial Engineering (IE), Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered. Strong background in manufacturing and/or R D environments. Demonstrated experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and product releases into manufacturing. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and practices. Proven experience working with suppliers, vendors, contract manufacturers, and/or customers. Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects involving multiple cross-functional teams. Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to quickly learn, understand, communicate, and integrate complex technical concepts and issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees and leadership at all levels. Strong leadership, facilitation, and project management capabilities. Proven track record of successfully driving quality projects from development through manufacturing release. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP/order management systems is preferred. Experience with materials planning, supply-versus-demand analysis, dashboards, and operational metrics is preferred. Ability and willingness to travel as needed. Travel may exceed 30% for certain projects. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting high-tech, electronics, semiconductor, computing, or hardware development environments. Experience managing prototype builds and PCB/component procurement. Experience with SAP materials management or related ERP systems. Familiarity with supply chain risk management, supplier constraints, lead-time management, and material shortage mitigation. Experience using digital dashboards and data analytics to monitor project or supply chain performance. Experience working in highly collaborative, technically complex, and fast-paced organizations.
