Job Description
The Corporate Actions Analyst is a part of the Shared Services Regulatory team which provides operational support to UMB's fast growing Corporate Trust and Institutional Custody departments. Within the Shared Services environment, this team interacts with internal partners to evaluate and process processes both mandatory and voluntary corporate action notifications, elections, and payments for both foreign and domestic and other duties as assigned. - _How you'll spend your time:_
- You will process mandatory and voluntary corporate action notifications, elections, and payments for both foreign and domestic holdings.
- You will identify system issues or defects and provide appropriate level of documentation to the appropriate support group.
- You will use your communication skills to provide a broad level of assistance during testing of system upgrades or implementation of new systems.

Compensation Range:
- $59,085 - $86,922 _The posted compensation range on this listing represents UMB's good faith and reasonable estimate based on its budget and what it expects to be the starting pay for this role, but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job-related factors.
