Job Description Our client is building and scaling a new Enterprise Organizational Change Management (OCM) practice and is seeking an OCM Service Delivery & Governance Analyst to help mature and operationalize the function. This role is ideal for someone who has exposure to change management, governance, PMO, or business operations and enjoys building structure, streamlining processes, and creating scalable solutions. The individual will serve as a key operational partner to the OCM team by managing intake and triage processes, developing governance standards, building SharePoint-based self-service resources, and creating executive-ready communications and presentations. Rather than acting as the lead change practitioner for large transformation initiatives, this person will help establish the processes, tools, templates, and operating model needed to scale the organization's change management capabilities. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Intake & Service Delivery Management
  •  Serve as the primary coordinator for incoming change management requests across the organization.
  •  Manage, review, and triage intake submissions using established governance criteria.
  •  Evaluate requests and determine the appropriate level of change support required.
  •  Route and coordinate requests between Enterprise Change Management resources and business stakeholders.
  •  Partner with OCM practitioners to prioritize requests based on business impact and organizational readiness.
  •  Support intake workflow management through ServiceNow and related tracking tools. Governance & Operating Model Support
  •  Support the ongoing development and maturity of the Enterprise OCM operating model.
  •  Build and maintain governance processes, standards, policies, and documentation.
  •  Assist with governance reporting, metrics, dashboards, and leadership updates.
  •  Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and service delivery across the OCM function.
  •  Help establish scalable frameworks that support long-term growth of the change management practice
  • SharePoint & Knowledge Management
  •  Design, build, and enhance the OCM SharePoint portal and resource repository.
  •  Create a user-friendly self-service experience for business stakeholders.
  •  Develop and maintain: o Change management templates o Playbooks o Toolkits o FAQs o Standard operating procedures o Communication guides o Best practice resources
  •  Ensure content remains organized, current, and easily accessible.
$45/hr to $50/hr. - Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.   •  2-5 years of experience supporting Organizational Change Management, PMO, Business Operations, Project Coordination, Governance, or related functions.
  •  Experience working within structured processes, governance frameworks, or operational support organizations.
  •  Hands-on experience creating, maintaining, and organizing SharePoint sites and content repositories.
  •  Strong understanding of process documentation, workflow management, and operational governance.
  •  Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to create executive-ready presentations.
  •  Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  •  Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  •  Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  •  Process-oriented mindset with the ability to create structure in evolving environments.
  •  Exposure to Organizational Change Management methodologies and practices.
  •  Experience supporting an Enterprise Change Management, PMO, or Transformation Office.
  •  Experience creating templates, playbooks, SOPs, governance documentation, or operating models.
  •  Experience using ServiceNow for intake management, ticketing, or workflow processing.
  •  Experience supporting executive-level planning, governance, or strategy initiatives.
  •  Familiarity with governance reporting, portfolio management, or enterprise service delivery models.
