In this values-driven, safety-focused role, you will lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, analyze production data, and facilitate Kaizen events to reduce waste, improve quality, and enhance throughput. Partnering closely with operations and safety teams, you'll standardize best practices, develop KPIs, and champion a culture of teamwork, problem-solving, and continuous learning that supports employee growth and reliable service for our industrial clients.
