About the
Role :
The ICQA Analyst is a floor-level inventory accuracy and compliance role responsible for executing cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring that inventory transactions and documentation meet Factor's control standards. This is a hands-on role with direct impact on the accuracy of inventory data used across the business. Responsibilities Execute daily and scheduled cycle counts across assigned areas; investigate and resolve count variances Audit inventory transactions in the ERP/WMS for accuracy and proper documentation Identify and escalate non-compliance issues related to receiving, storage, picking, or reconciliation processes Support physical inventory counts and reconciliation during period-end or audit events Document findings and contribute to root cause analysis on recurring discrepancies Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, adjustments, and audit outcomes Partner with warehouse and operations teams to enforce inventory SOPs and proper handling procedures Track and contribute data to
ICQA KPI
