Reports to the Survey Analysis Center Chief. May work alone or with DoD civilians and military personnel. Performs a variety of activities in one or more of the following and/or related areas: interfaces with other offices and agencies to ensure timely and effective completion of tasks, identifies requirements and tasks them to the appropriate collection elements, verifies that responses meet requirements, compiles the daily activities report and distributes, coordinates with the specified targets- webmaster to verify reporting data is posted to the web portal, coordinates with operations centers and operational leads to support missions. Basic Qualifications Able to perform Modernization and Innovations Integration. Ability to organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization. Ability to develop new programs to support the strategic direction of the enterprise. Able to create and manage various pilot programs and tech scouting initiatives. Ability to work closely with project sponsor, and coordinate with staff and units to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, market research, budget, and timing for new pilot initiatives. Desired Skills Ability to support the design, execution, and delivery of analytical assessments using wargames, simulations, and tabletop exercises to inform strategic resourcing decisions. Able to support/inform concept and capability development, Enterprise- wide gaps and shortfalls, and strategic risk across the force. Able to prepare and conduct defense and operational-level analysis to present/brief senior-level government leadership on findings. Ability to coordinate with external stakeholders and GOV staff and units to collate and implement inputs, development, and participation in Modernization activities.
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:

For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
