Job Description

Job Overview The Operations Associate will assist the firm's advisors in new business paperwork and proposals and work with other members of the home office team to ensure that client requests are met on a timely basis. The Investment Associate Specialist must have strong organizational and analytical skills and a keen sense of detail and be a team player and a self-starter. Responsibilities Responsible for opening new accounts and for maintenance of existing accounts. Provide account administration services to advisors and communicate with them on a regular basis. Liaise with other departments (compliance, operations, marketing) on investment-related matters. Attend client meetings to take notes and follow up on action items. Assist with due diligence on potential new investments (funds, securities, alternative assets). Prepare performance reports and summaries for client reviews or internal meetings. Work toward relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, Series 7/65) as applicable Experience and Qualifications BA, preferred

• 2-3 years of operations experience preferred Series 7 and 65 license a plus

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
