As an investment operations specialist you can join a dynamic and growing team that supports our over 60 independent advisors and their staff. An active Series 6 or 7 license is required, but can be obtained as part of the successful candidates initial 4 month onboarding. This is a full time, salaried role with full benefit package. Salary will be discussed in the interview process and will be commensurate with experience. Job Description Maintains ongoing investment processing duties such as money movement and placing stock trades. Serves as a first point of contact for investment-related problem solving for advisors and staff. Takes accountability to provide end to end service as well as project management through special initiatives. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where response time is key. Partners internally with service partners and externally with Broker Dealer to provide quality outcomes and resolutions in a timely manner. Participates in the ongoing review of existing processes, recommends improvements, and drives implementation. Serves as a resource for process improvement projects. Fosters an ongoing enthusiasm for leveraging technology at all levels. Maintains a professional and helpful attitude that supports Savage's culture of excellence & client service both internally and externally in a solution-oriented way. Experience Past experience in financial services preferred Series 6 or 7 investment license preferred 5 + years of customer service experience required Bachelor's degree prefer Ability to successfully meet the background check and fingerprinting requirements associated with the Broker Dealer required.
