Payment Investigations Analyst Milford, OH Experience:
4+ years We are hiring a detail-oriented Payment Processor to support banking and payments operations. This role focuses on payment investigations, SWIFT communications, account reconciliation, and resolving transaction issues. Key Responsibilities Investigate payment delays, exceptions, and inquiries. Handle SWIFT messages, including MT103, MT202, MT110, MT199, and MT299. Coordinate with banks on payment confirmations, fund recalls, and beneficiary information. Reconcile Nostro accounts and resolve outstanding debit and credit entries. Work with treasury, settlements, compliance, and customer service teams. Monitor payment queues and meet quality and turnaround targets. Maintain accurate investigation records and prepare operational reports. Follow operational controls and identify process improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience in payments operations, wire transfers, banking operations, payment investigations, or reconciliation. Strong knowledge of SWIFT messaging, international payments, and correspondent banking. Understanding of Nostro reconciliation, funds recalls, clearing, and settlement processes. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to manage high transaction volumes and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and reporting tools. Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred. Submit your updated resume for consideration.
