Job Description

Remote Work Hours 9am to 5pm Mon-Friday Promotions Data Management Specialis t is responsible for Maintaining the integrity of databases that support client promotions. The Specialist will work closely and internal teams to ensure accurate data management and affective communication.
Administrative :
60% Promotion letter creation and communication maintaining invite List 10% Maintains retailer and UPC database 10% Data entry relating to scan-based promotions, Utilizing proprietary software 10% research & Confidential handling of customer information 10% Various other duties assigned Technology Gmail/Outlook Must be proficient MS Word/MS Excel Must be proficient General CPU Competent Phone Systems Competent Individual Competencies Analytical Thinking/Reasoning Be able to examine data to grasp issues, draw conclusion, and solve problems Able to work with the team to build relationships and works cooperatively with others, inside and outside the organization, to accomplish objectives to build and maintain mutually-Beneficial partnerships, Leverage information and achieve results.
