Job Description:
QSE7, a Pennsylvania-based consulting company, is seeking to contract a high-aptitude individual to perform process excellence services to our pharmaceutical clients. Job Responsibilities As a QSE7 Process Excellence Lead, you will perform the following services for life sciences clients: Lead and design process excellence initiatives within the pharmaceutical/life sciences sector, utilizing your expertise in Six Sigma methodologies to drive transformation and operational efficiency Facilitate workshops with 8-15 participants to design and develop processes from scratch, engaging stakeholders through challenging discussions to achieve consensus and actionable outcomes Conduct thorough stakeholder analysis to identify key stakeholders and their needs, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the transformation process Drive process modernization sprints, facilitating teams to deliver innovative solutions quickly and effectively, focusing on tangible results Leverage industry best practices to enhance existing processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards Synthesize outputs from workshops and projects into concise, executive-ready reporting decks that effectively communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership Foster a culture of agility and speed in delivering process improvements, ensuring that projects are completed on time and with high quality Qualifications / Experience Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field Black Belt Six Sigma certification is required Proven experience in process excellence within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry Strong facilitation skills with a demonstrated ability to engage and manage difficult stakeholders effectively Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
