• Execute and administer one or more Payroll & Benefits processes accurately and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of payroll and benefits systems, policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
• Manage payroll and benefits inquiries from employees, managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders in a timely, professional manner.
• Ensure accurate processing and administration of payroll and benefits activities.
• Monitor, analyze, and maintain payroll and benefits data integrity across systems.
• Support payroll and benefits reporting, audits, and data analysis to assist HR and business decision-making.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve operational issues while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process optimization opportunities and recommending solutions.
• Support service delivery metrics and performance monitoring related to outsourced payroll and benefits providers.
• Collaborate effectively with internal HR teams, finance, vendors, and external suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and provide exceptional customer service.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, payroll regulations, company policies, and benefits administration guidelines.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary and provide appropriate follow-up Candidates for Legal Operations Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• Experience supporting payroll and benefits administration in a shared services or HR operations environment.
• Knowledge of payroll processing, benefits administration, and related compliance requirements.
• Experience working with HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Experience managing service delivery metrics and vendor relationships.

Pay Details:
