Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and personality disorders. Utilize evidence-based modalities like CBT, psychodynamic therapy, art, dance/movement, and ABA. Manage crisis situations effectively to ensure client safety and stability. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support ongoing care. Engage in clinical research to enhance therapeutic outcomes. Qualifications include a relevant degree and licensure, experience with diverse populations, strong crisis management skills, and knowledge of HIPAA standards.
