Essential Functions Provides cost justification, performance analysis, and other analysis. Prepares reports and assists in expenditure proposals. Budget Preparation, Cost and Performance Analysis, Cost Justifications and Expenditure Proposals, Report Preparation, Training & Publications, P&D Support, Dock Support, and other analytical duties as needed.
