An Operations Analyst analyzes systems and processes in an organization or business and uses findings to help solve problems and improve management. Uses advanced statistical and mathematical models and computer software to analyze a wide variety of data; collaborates with other analysts and with the management of an organization.
This role is critical for driving supply market growth by analyzing sales performance and informing strategic decisions. You will translate complex data into actionable insights to optimize sales strategies, forecasting, and incentive programs. This position requires a curious and data-driven individual eager to make a tangible impact on business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze territory planning, segmentation, and quota setting. Collaborate on sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and process improvements. Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports. Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support leadership inquiries. Partner on designing and executing sales compensation strategies.
Must-Have Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 3-5 years working experience in similar role in a fast moving business environment, preferred tech, consulting, or banking Strong proficiency with data modeling, extraction and business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Excel, SQL) Domain /
Industry Experience:
Experience in a fast-paced business environment, ideally within tech, consulting, or banking, is preferred.
