Dallas, TX Private Wealth Management (PWM) Across Private Wealth Management (PWM), Client helps empower clients and customers around the world reach their financial goals. Our advisor-led wealth management businesses provide financial planning, investment management, banking and comprehensive advice to a wide range of clients, including ultra-high net worth and high net worth individuals, as well as family offices, foundations and endowments, and corporations and their employees. •Client Onboarding team has primary responsibility to ensure account documentation satisfies regulatory requirements, country specific policies, and internal controls, which has an ever increasing impact in our business. You will obtain a comprehensive knowledge of our business and the risks that it faces. This Anti-Money Laundering function forms an integral part of our business by working to identify solutions that balance the business, client, and regulatory needs. How You Will Fulfill Your Potential Learn all necessary Client Identification Program (CIP) policies involving country specific requirements and translate this knowledge to day-to-day functions.
Satisfy the responsibility for compiling documentation reviews for new and existing clients for appropriate approval and sign-off.
Demonstrate the ability to analyze information and follow procedures with precision to take necessary steps to complete each annual review case.
Displaying a strong ability to influence the PWM business by serving as a liaison between Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) and Private Wealth Management (PWM) Sales teams.
Understand the nature of the business you are involved in while at the same time ensuring all Client CIP standards are constantly being met. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) as well as proficiency with web-based applications
Exceptional organization skills
Good judgment and strong problem resolution skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly
Experience managing client expectations
Excellent communication and presentation skills
1+ years financial industry experience (AML, Compliance or other Client On-boarding Regulatory experience)
