Onsite in Lewisville Job Summary SNI Companies is seeking a professional and personable Bilingual Receptionist to join our client's team in Lewisville. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and keeping a busy front office organized. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers and will provide administrative support to the office as needed. Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Assist customers, guests, and employees with questions and requests Manage the reception area and ensure it remains organized and professional Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other deliveries Assist with scheduling, data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks Maintain accurate records and documentation Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking individuals Provide additional administrative support to the team as needed Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish required Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional and friendly demeanor Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills Reliable, punctual, and dependable Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment
