Alteryx & Tableau Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and optimize the sales forecasting dashboard, sales hierarchy, and Salesforce.com data integrity to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable reporting across sales and supply chain teams. Partner with the SCM and IT Channel teams to own and manage Sell-Out forecasting by integrating historical trend analysis, pipeline data, and demand signals to produce forecasts that directly support inventory planning, production alignment, and revenue decisions. Integrate demand planning outputs (AP1/DP) with Business Opportunity (BO) pipeline data to provide the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team with enhanced downstream visibility, enabling more informed buffer loading decisions and reducing ending on-hand inventory risk and low supply exposure. Monitor and analyze channel inventory levels and demand signals in collaboration with the SCM and Demand Planning teams, identifying early indicators of supply risk or excess inventory and surfacing recommendations to minimize business impact. Conduct comprehensive funnel analysis to drive informed decision-making and identify areas for sales process improvement and revenue growth. Lead and support recurring sales and operational cadence calls, coordinating alignment across sales, supply chain, and executive stakeholders to catch and resolve misalignment before it creates downstream planning disruptions. Manage and maintain the Target Account List and support the administration of sales systems and tools. Support territory realignments and sales structural changes by updating systems, data, and reporting accordingly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Strategy, Product Management, SCM, and Demand Planning) to support data compilation and operational execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, MIS, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience) A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or a related field Strong knowledge & previous experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM)/Demand Planning Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights Proficiency in Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM platforms Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, ad hoc reporting, dashboards) Excellent communication skills - written, verbal Skilled at conveying complex ideas in presentations Proven track record of process improvement and operational efficiency Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions on time-sensitive matters Mastery of Alteryx and Tableau Staffmark talent working with this client receives competitive compensation and a great benefits package!
