Job Description
Are you a strategic, relationship-driven advisor who enjoys turning data into clear stories and actionable decisions? Join a fast-paced team where your analysis and project leadership help senior leaders deliver results! As a Regional Business Manager on the Field Finance & Business Management team, you will provide dedicated business management and analytical support to two Regional Directors within Wealth Management. You will help translate performance data into insights, strengthen routines that drive results, and partner with leaders to manage priorities day-to-day. You will work closely with finance partners and field leadership to improve forecasting, reporting, and execution across the region. Job responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Regional Directors by translating analytics into insights, decisions, and actions
- Provide strategic analysis and business management support in partnership with the Field Finance and Business Management team
- Monitor regional performance, identify drivers of results, and recommend improvements to processes and routines
- Maintain headcount and expense forecasts; support budgeting and expense discipline across the region
- Build and enhance reporting and performance tracking to improve visibility and "bottom line" outcomes
- Prepare quarterly business review materials and executive-ready updates
- Perform ad hoc analysis and support cross-regional initiatives as needed Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of relevant experience in finance, consulting, analytics, or strategy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready storytelling
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Strong understanding of financial principles and ability to connect activities to results
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and influence across teams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities; travel may be required Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
