The Sales Operations Senior Analyst is part of the Sales Operations Organization and is responsible for providing strategic analytical support, planning infrastructure, and reporting capabilities to the Sales organization. This role spans a broad portfolio of channel-specific reporting and operational responsibilities across Distributor and Custom Installer channels. The preferred candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience in consumer electronics sales operations, and the ability to manage multiple high-visibility workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:
Build, maintain, and continuously enhance reports to provide Sales leadership and stakeholders with real-time visibility into revenue performance, program spend, and key business metrics across all regions and product categories. Lead Programs and Payout Calculations for all assigned accounts, serving as the subject matter expert and primary liaison between Sales, Product Marketing, and Finance to ensure accurate and timely customer payments. Oversee Distributor POS data management and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and delivering actionable insights to Sales and Supply Chain stakeholders. Develop and manage the Custom Installer channel budget, ensuring alignment with annual MP targets and working with Sales to monitor spend and performance throughout the fiscal year. Manage Distributor Roadmap reporting, tracking promotional and product launch timelines and communicating updates to all relevant internal stakeholders. Manage the Account Set Up process for new and existing customers, ensuring system accuracy and cross-functional alignment with Finance, Legal, and Sales teams. Develop and maintain custom account reporting packages tailored to the specific informational and analytical needs of key accounts and Sales stakeholders.Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of directly related experience required. Prior operational experience in technology sales, business development, and/or OEM and Carrier sales preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize, schedule, and communicate actions and results across multiple concurrent high-visibility workstreams. Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Nested Formulas, Power Query); hands-on experience with Tableau and Alteryx a plus. Demonstrated experience with SAP BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or other integrated reporting and data automation platforms. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have critical thinking and problem resolution skills , and be able to work well under pressure, demonstrating a sense of urgency when driving for results. Prior experience with consumer electronic products and existing relationships with key accounts preferred. This role requires being onsite in the Plano, TX office Monday through Friday.Preferred Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one's time. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed. Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel; Enterprise Application experience a plus.
