Your role in our success: The Manager of Quality and Continuous Improvement is responsible for leading and overseeing the organization's corrective action program to ensure effective identification, investigation, resolution, and reporting of quality, safety, regulatory, and compliance concerns. This role manages a team responsible for root cause investigations, corrective action development, and effectiveness evaluation, while ensuring audit readiness and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders. What you'll be doing: Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for investigations, corrective action management, and reporting activities. Develop, implement, and continuously enhance the corrective action program, including policies, procedures, and tools. Establish priorities, workflows, and performance expectations to ensure timely and high-quality execution of corrective actions. Oversee and guide investigations using structured root cause analysis methodologies Manage the triage of submitted concerns, including prioritization, assignment, and escalation based on risk, regulatory impact, and business impact. Ensure consistent and timely evaluation of issues requiring corrective action. Ensure ineffective or recurring issues are identified and addressed through re-analysis and enhancement of actions. Communicate status, risks, and outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. Prepare and present regular reports on investigative outcomes, corrective action status, trends, and program performance.
Who you are:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience in risk analysis, investigation.
Work Experience:
10 years of progressive experience in safety, regulatory, investigation with proven leadership of teams and training.
Driver's License:
Standard driver's license
Licensure/Certification:
Six Sigma certification preferred Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams or cross-functional corrective action activities. Expertise in root cause analysis, systematic investigations, and risk assessment. Experience with audit support, regulatory interactions, or compliance management systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset. Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex issues, status updates, and recommendations to diverse audiences. Benefits/what's in it for you?
