Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Manufacturing Operations Analysts to support our Boeing Production Systems (BPS) team in Renton, Washington. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Experienced and Senior Level Manufacturing Operations Analysts. We're looking for dynamic Manufacturing Operations Analysts to drive innovation and efficiency in the Boeing Production Systems (BPS). In this pivotal role, you'll harness your expertise in advanced composite materials and manufacturing processes to transform operations, streamline workflows, and accelerate production timelines. Collaborate with top engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to implement cutting-edge, data-driven solutions that elevate product quality and reduce costs. Position Responsibilities:
Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria Analyzes and interprets data. Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans Works under minimal direction Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment 3+ years of experience in performing data analysis 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint 1+ year of experience working with cross-functional teams Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime. Some position may also be rotating shifts Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 3+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience change if level 3 added 3+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or Boeing Production System (BPS) 3+ years of experience with Project Management 3+ years leading complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers 3+ years working with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives
Typical Education/Experience:
Experienced (Level 3) Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years related work experience, 10 years related work experience, etc.). Senior (Level 4) Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years related work experience, 14 years related work experience, etc.).
