This role will partner closely with product strategy, finance, and regional commercial teams to support growth for Trading Card Games, including Duel Masters® and
Magic:
The Gathering®. Through your reporting and insights, you will support the strategy of our worldwide teams making and build your career.
What You'll Do:
Reporting
  • Using your keen eye for detail, build out scalable reporting to help Wizards manage revenue across channels, projects, and set cycles. Analytics
  • Work with business partners to deep dive into profitability opportunities related to pricing, inventory, and revenue recognition. Iterate quickly to refine work and meet deadlines. Modeling
  • Build revenue models to explore different business strategies and identify areas of growth. Partner with economists and financial analysts to reconcile revenue numbers. Insights
  • Explain findings to partners using clear visuals and concise communication.
What You'll Bring:
3+ years of experience conducting predictive and causal analysis Degree in finance, economics, computer science, mathematics, or another quantitative discipline; graduate degree preferred Self-directed, ability to drive projects to completion and proactively communicate timelines and document processes Impeccable attention to detail Working knowledge of SQL Experience conducting quantitative analyses in Python, R, or another programming language Adept in Excel Experience working in Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization is a bonus Knowledge of and familiarity with trading card games such as
Magic:

The base salary range for this position is $94,100.00 to $148,600.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
