Position Responsibilities Take on fast-moving projects and business challenges, using data and critical thinking to uncover opportunities and recommend solutions. Partner with teams across Uline — from Sales and Customer Service to IT and Distribution Operations — to gain whole business knowledge and support strategic initiatives. Turn complex information into clear reports, presentations and recommendations that help leadership make informed decisions. Take ownership of your work from start to finish, with the freedom to explore new ideas and make a measurable impact. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. Experience solving business challenges through internships, coursework or professional experience preferred. Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong work ethic, critical thinking and eagerness to learn. Familiarity working with data and Microsoft Excel. Experience with SQL and Power BI a plus .
