Responsibilities will include overseeing daily field operations, coordinating and directing crews, making sure jobs are properly set up with the right materials and equipment, communicating jobsite needs and progress with the office, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and correctly. You'll be expected to learn the technical side of erosion control as you go and take ownership of what is happening in the field.

Erosion Control Operations Lead We are seeking a strong, dependable leader to manage the day-to-day field operations of our erosion control division and help us continue to grow. Experience in erosion control is helpful, but not required. Construction, field operations, or crew leadership experience is preferred. What matters most is being organized, accountable, a strong communicator, and able to lead people.Responsibilities will include overseeing daily field operations, coordinating and directing crews, making sure jobs are properly set up with the right materials and equipment, communicating jobsite needs and progress with the office, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and correctly.
