This role is responsible for driving revenue, developing a high-performing banquet and events team, and overseeing all operational and financial functions in a dynamic, hospitality-driven environment. Qualifications Proven experience as a Director of Banquets and Events or senior event leadership role within a hotel, resort, or similar full-service hospitality environment Strong organizational and operational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage large-scale events, drive revenue growth, and maintain exceptional service quality and guest satisfaction Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing banquet and events team while ensuring seamless event execution and adherence to hotel brand standards Responsibilities Oversee all banquet and event operations for the hotel, ensuring exceptional service quality, guest satisfaction, and seamless execution across all functions and events Drive banquet and event revenue through strategic planning, proactive sales efforts, and collaborative engagement with hotel sales, culinary, and leadership teams Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing banquet and events team while fostering a culture of hospitality, accountability, and continuous improvement in a dynamic hotel environment
